•Track and confirm receipt of vendor payment to ensure all service are covered between client and vendor.
Day-Of Event Presence ( up to 3 hours,additional hours price may vary )
• On-site assistance at the start of the event

• Ensuring vendors are paid and rentals returned

AT-HOME EVENT ASSISTANCE

Whether you’re planning a birthday, baby shower, graduation, or any special gathering Ask BLU can:

  • Free 30 minute consultation (to talk through your setup, vendors, and how I can help bring it all together—without the stress)
    Coordinate with food and dessert vendors
  • Assist with securing chair, tent, or table rentals
  • Handle vendor communication and confirmations
  • Provide day-of event support ( up to 2 hours, additional hours price may vary)
  • Ask about how I can assist with local pre arranged order pick ups - (available upon request and subject to availability and distance)


VENDOR OUTREACH ONLY

Basic Vendor Outreach

  • Researching and compiling a list of suitable vendors
  • Initial contact and availability checks
  • Providing a summary report to the event planner

Premium Vendor Outreach

  • All services from the Basic Package
  • Coordinating meetings between vendors and the client
  • Assisting with contract negotiations
  • Ongoing communication and follow-ups with vendors

Fill out the inquiry form or send a message with the details of your event. I’ll follow up to schedule a quick consultation so we can chat about your vision and needs. 

2. Confirmation 
Once we’ve confirmed the details, you’ll receive a service agreement and invoice. A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date.

3. I Get to Work
I will handle the service at your request, rather it’s logistics, vender communication, or walk through. I am here to help. 

4. Enjoy the Moment
While I manage the details, you get to enjoy your event stress-free—exactly how it should be.
